I have nothing but good words for Dicks Cafe. And I don’t even own shares in it. But Dicks in Soi Twilight is like an elegant yacht moored amongst mud barges. A place where you can get some respite from the sleazy (but delightful) action all around it. And Dicks in Jomtien is perfect for afternoon tea and apple pie while you oogle the zimmer frame crowd hobbling home from the beach to their View Talay shoeboxes.
